Mailchimp is available for Android and iPhone.

The size of your email list is what they charge. If you exceed the threshold of 2000, you will be charged $30 per month for their 2,000-2,500 plan.

MailChimp is the most popular free email marketing service, with more than 17 million users as of just a few years back.

They are not my favorite option as they are used by everyone, but there are many other options that can be customized to create better emails.
